Description Advises teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis for multiple product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and anticipating and responding to industry shifts and competitive challenges. Recommends success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features. Proactively monitors teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are tailored to customer needs. Sets guidelines on the resolution development process for customer issues. Oversees and coordinates the delivery for the field team and directs various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Product Analysis – Market Analysis: –Coordinates teams to conduct market research and analysis, enabling teams to evaluate complex data patterns across multiple portfolios and prioritize high-value initiatives. –Advises teams to ensure the product portfolio aligns with Oracle’s goals and anticipates/responds to industry shifts and competitive challenges. –Directs cross-functional teams to drive alignment between customers, the market, internal stakeholders, and Oracle’s broader strategic vision. –Obtains alignment from stakeholders on market trend analysis and gathered market information to shape product positioning, pricing, and market strategy, ensuring Oracle’s offerings remain industry-leading. Product Analysis – Solution Identification: –Oversees teams in identifying and capitalizing on customers' unmet needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements, integrating these insights into the broader business strategy. –Leads internal teams in developing problem statements and hypotheses for innovative products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and organizational objectives. –Directs solution identification processes and provides oversight on solutions identified. –Sets guidelines for the creation and maintenance of solution artifacts (e.g., regulatory requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user documentation) to ensure alignment and clarity. Product Ownership – Product Development and Road mapping: –Directs the planning, execution, and release processes for the organization’s product lifecycle, aligning with long-term strategic business goals. –Empowers team members to maintain and evolve the roadmap for a wide range of products/features, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business strategies. –Directs others in establishing and developing feature requirements and resources, setting best-in-class practices for the organization. –Collaborates with key stakeholders to drive delivery excellence, adherence to project timelines, and achievement of strategic milestones. –Guides teams collecting and analyzing metrics (e.g., Service Requests, bugs, customer feedback, customer volumes), leveraging insights to drive product optimization and impactful results. –Refines the development and review of user stories and acceptance criteria, assuring top-tier product quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. –Aligns diverse teams on prioritizing and executing high-value features and experiences, ensuring delivery on success criteria and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive business growth. Product Release – Go-to-Market: –Oversees and coordinates delivery for the field team, ensuring accuracy of materials and alignment across teams. –Directs and sets guidelines for recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions. –Oversees the development of user documentation to ensure accuracy and user alignment for multiple products. –Monitors the product adoption tracking process, developing initiatives and strategies to improve adoption as needed. –Directs product demonstrations for internal/external customers, partners, industry analysts, and the field, driving promotion of new releases and value.
