Work on great projects, with great people, while enjoying great benefits at <a href=\"https://hoyletanner.com/careers/\"><u><strong>Hoyle, Tanner &amp; Associates, Inc.</strong></u></a>!</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Monitor and review spent hours and dollars versus percent complete in relation to project timelines and budget and provide recommendations to the Project Manager to stay on track</li><li>Understand the client's organization and develop professional relationships with client peers</li><li>Develop proficiency in software programs and other tools to support construction inspection and review processes</li><li>Provide suggestions to resolve project timeline issues and budget issues</li><li>Provide peer mentoring for new construction technician staff</li><li>Review and approve progress payments submitted by the Contractor and monitor and advise the Contractor and the Client on potential cost overruns/underruns</li><li>Facilitate difficult project decisions and technical issues with clients and contractors</li><li>Ensure as-built field conditions are well documented and defended</li><li>Lead regular meetings with clients and contractors</li><li>Prepare, review, and approve change orders and value engineering proposals</li><li>Thoroughly review construction schedule, offer comments and recommendations to the Contractor and Client to resolve discrepancies, areas of conflict, potential schedule overruns</li></ul>",
