    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Summary of the Position:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, leading production staff, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This role serves as a hands-on leader on the production floor, acting as the primary point of contact between operators and management.</p><p><strong>Education/Qualification Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.5in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license (Preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual in English &amp; Spanish (Preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enforces company policies pertaining to Safety, Food Safety and GMP&rsquo;s.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure production schedules are met in accordance with deadlines, and adjust staffing and workflow as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise, train, and mentor production team members to improve their skills and performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, ensuring smooth workflow.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with addressing production issues, whether related to machinery, personnel, or materials, and provide effective solutions with positive behavior.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Makes reasonable and effective decisions in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with quality checks throughout the production process and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reports issues, problems, unsafe conditions, equipment losses or failure and staff challenges to Manager and / or HR.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Team management abilities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of production systems, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Problem-solving abilities to address production challenges quickly and effectively.</li></ul></div><p><br></p></div>\n",
