Serve as resource and decision making authority.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Administration:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct shift change hand offs, including clear communication and safety training.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure inventory of materials to achieve production schedule.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Data entry.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Review quality data and conduct sensory analysis for all shift production.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate with the Packaging, Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments throughout the shift to accomplish the production schedule.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></span></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li style=\"font-size: 12px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Associates Degree and/or brewing studies preferred.
