This is an on-site role in our bustling Dublin 2 office. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">If you love turning ideas into stunning visuals and have a knack for creating immersive spaces, this could be the perfect role for you. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Here's what you'll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead the spatial and environmental design for brand experiences, live events, exhibitions, and immersive installations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create visually striking 3D designs for events, brand activations, and occasionally exhibition spaces that wow our clients and audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with our creative, production, and account teams to develop concepts that balance creativity and practicality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Translate client briefs into compelling spatial designs, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and event goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Use your 3D modelling and rendering skills to visualise spaces, environments, and installations that bring our ideas to life in vivid detail, mindful of technical production limitations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with designers, art directors, and project managers to ensure your designs align with the overall project vision, client goals and budget limitations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Developing a great relationship with our production suppliers to get the most out of materials, production processes and innovative techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure designs are feasible within the project’s budget and explore cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design with sustainability in mind, using eco-friendly materials and considering reusable design elements where possible.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">We're looking for someone who has:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">A relevant design qualification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Creative 3D design experience (min. 3-5 years) in visualising events, brand experiences, retail, exhibition spaces.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Expert in 3D design software like SketchUp along with strong rendering skills in a renderer ( e.g.<span>Twinmotion/Unreal engine)</span>. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Vector works, CAD and some Creative Suite skills(eg.
