Join our company, where we&nbsp;<strong>Welcome/Grow/Celebrate</strong>&nbsp;you at Juniper!</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Supervising and directing irrigation techs and crew members in completing projects</li>\r\n\t<li>Accountable for hours spend on projects vs. budgeted hours</li>\r\n\t<li>Planning and scheduling equipment and materials needed on irrigation projects</li>\r\n\t<li>Tracking project changes and coordinating with the project manager for change order requests</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with work safety program</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and managed</li>\r\n\t<li>Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform irrigation duties</li>\r\n\t<li>Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Skills/Requirements:</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Valid US driver&#39;s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Report review (preferred)</li>\r\n\t<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with residential and commercial landscape plans</li>\r\n\t<li>Supervisory experience preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Knowledge of blueprints</li>\r\n\t<li>Effective oral and written communication skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li>\r\n\t<li>Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li>\r\n\t<li>Irrigation certification or ability to obtain certification</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
