How will this help you grow To support the People Operations (PO) team in delivering meaningful, people-centered programs that drive engagement, operations excellence, and employee success. As a PO Intern, you will rotate through key teams including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development. You will collaborate closely with team members, contribute to day-to-day operations, and work on a final project that brings tangible value to the PO function. What you will be learning People Operations Experience:  Work across 4 core teams within PO, gaining exposure to compensation benchmarking, employee engagement, training initiatives, onboarding coordination, and recruitment operations. Real HR Project Ownership: Design and deliver a 6-month final project that enhances a process, tool, or initiative within People Operations. You’ll select your focus area based on your interest and team needs. Office Collaboration: Work onsite with the Bangkok PO team 3–5 days per week, joining internal meetings, shadowing team members, and supporting employee-facing activities. Cross-Team Communication & Collaboration: Work alongside HR professionals, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Develop hands-on skills in teamwork, stakeholder coordination, and process management. Strategic Exposure: Gain insight into APAC-level HR operations and people strategy across a multinational tech company. Learn how policies, metrics, and human impact intersect in a growing business.
