Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <b>Senior Vice President, Custody Product</b> to join our Custody Client Platform team. This role is located in New York City, NY.</p>\n<p><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<p>Position Summary:</p>\n<p>Experience and expertise in Global Custody, US market infrastructure, strategy and product management. Responsible for strategic Custody product design, planning, managing multiple strategic projects and mentoring junior staff.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Product Strategy:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong grasp of US Custody market place and competitive landscape, able to articulate strategic vision</li>\n <li>Understand business outcomes for clients and the company and how product decisions impact tradeoffs</li>\n <li>Responsible for crafting product roadmap of key strategic priorities&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Product Execution:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to outline requirements for strategic developments that impact Direct Markets clients</li>\n <li>Able to negotiate the implementation of current work, make the right trade-off decisions to speed implementation in a high-quality manner</li>\n <li>Inform and negotiate across platforms to ensure delivery of key components to any change</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Customer Insights:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Formulate the right business questions to be asked and how to track down data to inform decisions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design the data and AI tools needed to understand marketplace and provide client intelligence</li>\n <li>Represent BNY on industry forums with our clients to understand change and draft client communications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct markets lead for the Americas Custody Product team, strategy for maintenance of competitiveness and expansion of markets</li>\n <li>Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) ownership to drive improvements in market revenue</li>\n <li>Ownership of US market product and services offered, including strategic change</li>\n <li>Market advocacy though industry working groups, conferences and client engagement</li>\n <li>Ownership of design decisions, performs product performance monitoring, track and analyze key product metrics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in product management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required</li>\n <li>6+ years product experience with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment</li>\n <li>Experience in financial industry</li>\n <li>Experience building and launching product from ideation through launch and revision</li>\n <li>Experience managing the product P&amp;L, risk management and strategy</li>\n <li>Experience in relationship building, negotiating, and influencing</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY Newsroom</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">BNY LinkedIn&nbsp;</a></p>\n<p>&nbsp;Here’s a few of our recent awards:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li>\n <li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li>\n <li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br>\n  Our Benefits and Rewards:</p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $147,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
