    "description": "<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<p>Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users in a friendly and helpful manner<br>Keep IT Manager and Helpdesk aware of the status of current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected<br>Promptly update job status in ticketing and activity tracking systems<br>Perform upgrade / maintenance / support jobs during non-office hours<br>Conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities<br>Manage meeting room facilities readiness and troubleshoot when problems arise<br>Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally<br>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned</p>\n<p><br>Education Requirements</p>\n<p>Diploma or above in Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields</p>\n<p><br>Work Experience Requirements</p>\n<p>Minimum 3 years' experience in a technology support role<br>Trade floor or financial services IT experience will be an advantage<br>Industry certifications would be an advantage (MCITP/MCSE)<br>Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer (IT Services)</p>\n<p><br>Key Skills</p>\n<p>Good command of both written and spoken English<br>Knowledge in Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms<br>Good troubleshooting skills</p>",
