font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 34, 40)\">Key responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authority in silicon manufacturing</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote Design for Manufacture (DFM) philosophy within Kandou Bus</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage interface between Kandou and foundry partners in line with Kandou’s product realization process ensuring qualification, early volume, and sustaining engineering</li>\n<li>Work with multi-functional groups including product design, engineering, and marketing to ensure our silicon technology requirements are fully supported by Kandou’s silicon foundry partners</li>\n<li>Review silicon foundry technology offerings and Kandou’s product requirements driving understanding and alignment with Kandou’s technology roadmap</li>\n<li>Drive accountability and awareness, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively search out and address risks or weaknesses to ensure new product requirements meet quality standards and NPI completes on time and within budget</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide silicon leadership driving initiatives including time to market, yield, quality &amp; cost</li>\n<li>Specifies silicon foundry partners, and fab or fabs</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Improves silicon production performance through monthly metrics, quarterly business reviews and comprehensive supplier audits</li>\n<li>Prepares analysis presenting data analysis reports to management and customers where required<br></li>\n<li>Assures supplier understanding of production requirements</li>\n<li>Maintains required documentation and files <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 34, 40)\">Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must possess strong leadership and communication skills to work with cross functional silicon development teams meeting internal and customer commitments</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly skilled in analytical and technical analysis with in-depth knowledge of data analysis tools used in the semiconductor industry (e.g SAS JMP) including six sigma methodology</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to work to tight and variable time scales</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to plan and manage own workload and that of others</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility to travel to Kandou’s offices, supplier, and customer locations</li>\n<li>Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with excellent numerical ability</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>An innovative, creative, lateral thinking problem solver</li>\n<li>Basic software scripting skills would be advantageous</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 34, 40)\">Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>+5 years semi-conductor industry experience essential with knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, facilities and equipment</li>\n<li>Preferred experience of working within Fabless Semiconductor operations dealing with foundry partners</li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Used to working in a commercially driven organisation as part of a Product Development and Operations team</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>An innovative, creative, lateral thinking problem solver</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess hands-on experience, has demonstrated leadership, communication, and influencing skills and is able to easily communicate with customers, suppliers, senior management and all Kandou groups</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in advanced process nodes preferred (N16 to N3 CMOS / FinFET)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in process technology would be advantageous</li>\n<li>Experience with Multi-product Wafer (MPW) and tape-out process would be advantageous</li>\n<li>Experience in PCM/etest/WAT parameters and how to analyse them</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 34, 40);
