You must apply if these things also drive you!</p><p>&nbsp;As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must always maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure hotel accounts payable, invoices and payments are processed in a timely fashion.</li><li>Process invoices for payment and maintenance of the checkbook accounting system</li><li>Make phone calls to all new and existing vendor to keep Accounts Payable in line with Accounting S.O.P.&rsquo;s</li><li>Generate an aging report as directed&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a filing system for invoices, COIs, W9s, contracts/agreements, and other relevant documents.</li><li>As directed, assist with accruals and month end processing.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist with other accounting duties as directed&nbsp;</li><li>Other special projects and duties, as assigned.</li></ul><h1>&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">MUST HAVES:</span></h1><ul><li>Demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills working with diverse people and levels of authority.</li><li>Multi-task ability in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with computers and Microsoft programs.</li><li>Must have the ability to work with Birchstreet, Avendra Ibuy, and M3.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.</li></ul><h1><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">OUR CORE VALUES:</span></strong></h1><ul><li>Hit the Mark, Every Time&nbsp;</li><li>Blaze New Trails&nbsp;</li><li>Spark Warmth</li><li>Be Intentional</li><li>Honor All</li><li>Do Right</li><li>Stay Curious&nbsp;</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  \n",
