Upholds a positive work environment that follows Goodwill&#39;s Amazing Customer<br />\r\nExperience (ACE) culture, values, and mission in every interaction with stakeholders.<br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>1.&nbsp; Manages the building maintenance function through yearly, monthly, and daily work assignments.<br />\r\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Recommends needs for contract and/or outside vendor services.&nbsp;<br />\r\n2.&nbsp; Performs electrical installation, repair and maintenance work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs,<br />\r\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;cables, power circuits and appliances; repairs and replaces lighting systems; inspects electrical<br />\r\n&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;systems for unsafe conditions. Performs diagnostics and locks out unsafe equipment.
