Other functions include:</p>\n <ol>\n  <li>Administer medications and document as ordered.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Maintain security of medication room.</li>\n  <li>Return outdated medication to pharmacy and keep log books updated.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Maintain absolute security and confidentiality of all medical records; observe applicable HIPAA rules.</li>\n </ol>\n <p><strong>Education and experience requirements:</strong></p>\n <ul>\n  <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n  <li>Successful completion of a required certified medication aide training course.</li>\n  <li>Must successfully pass state medication aide exam or possess current LVN license in the state of Texas or ability to transfer license to Texas.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Valid driver’s license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
