    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong><u>Job Purpose&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>Support the company&rsquo;s maintenance program by focusing on plant equipment and building maintenance in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies and OSHA regulations.&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Essential Functions&nbsp;</strong></u></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems)&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with plant equipment (e.g., wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, transformers, motors, and AC/DC motor drives)&nbsp;</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Perform building maintenance and repairs (e.g., air conditioning, lights, forklifts)&nbsp;</li><li>Perform repairs on equipment to prevent long-term downtime until permanent repairs can be completed&nbsp;</li><li>Fabricate replacement parts or equipment as needed&nbsp;</li><li>&bull;electronically troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment by means of installed PLC&nbsp;</li><li>Electronically troubleshoot 24 Volt control circuits&nbsp;</li><li>Report food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><span style='font-family:     \"Times New Roman\";'>Ability to request part as needed using parts breakdown drawings</span></li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;color:black;\"><span style='font-family:     \"Times New Roman\";'>Use of Computerized maintenance management system to document all work preformed.</span></li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>2-year degree in electronics/maintenance mechanics or 5+ years in maintenance mechanic role&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with repair or preventive maintenance in hydraulics, pneumatics, machine shop, electricity, or electronics&nbsp;</li><li>PLC experience&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of CMMS&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of lockout/tagout programs&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of boiler operations&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with ammonia, freon, or other cooling media&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced stick and tig welding skills; ability to weld to sanitary standards&nbsp;</li><li>Intermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts to identify solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists &bull; Strong communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks &bull; Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;color:#242424;background:white;'>California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, and New York Residents Only:&nbsp;</span></em></strong><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;color:#242424;background:white;'>The hourly range for this role is $21.54 to 32.31</span></em><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;color:#242424;background:white;'> per hour.
