    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">As part of a two-person team, Construction Quality Inspectors will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, repairing, and analyzing the quality of the tower condition, and installation including placement of equipment, antennas, radios, and brackets. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Climb towers up to 450 ft using climbing gear, harness, and safety gear while following strict safety procedures and guidelines implemented by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration</li><li>Inspect cell site equipment to verify industry standards are implemented</li><li>Perform visual and structural inspections of towers, antenna and related equipment, this will include documenting every bolt on tower, torque marking, and documenting with photos</li><li>Perform repairs and document those when necessary</li><li>Ability to meet quality and measurable productivity standards</li><li>Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent. &nbsp;Minimum 1 year tower construction and structural experience&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of RF safety and fall protection system</li><li>Basic understanding of structural integrity and load calculation</li><li>Current or ability to complete certification in Tower Rescue/Safe Rigging/RF Awareness/OSHA 30 and CPR First Aid</li><li>One year experience with proper tower installation of antenna, radios, dishes and brackets</li><li>Must be able to read CD&rsquo;s, RFDS, and TED&rsquo;s</li><li>Proficient computer skills with MS Office, Adobe PDF&rsquo;s, and database systems</li><li>Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving history for the past 3 to 5 years</li><li>Ability to pass pre-employment checks including drug screen, criminal background, and MVR.</li><li>Must have the ability to travel 50 to 70% of the work week and weekends when necessary</li><li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to maintain balance coordination, and endurance for extended periods of time at heights</li><li>Must be in good physical condition and able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.</li><li>Ability to work outside and withstand varied inclement weather conditions</li><li>Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully</li></ul><p>Comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance benefits (Medical, Vision and Dental), Short-term Disability, Life Insurance, free phone/service, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, daily travel per diem + paid lodging when traveling, vacation, sick leave and holiday pay.</p><p>Anticipated pay range between $22 and $30 per hour.
