This role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Bauer Foundation Corp.’s values of appreciation, innovation, responsibility, and staying down-to-earth. The Field Engineer actively contributes to technical project work, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• None</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities of this Position:</strong></p><p>• Manage preparation of engineering plans, drawings, and construction details throughout the project lifecycle</p><p>• Prepare and meet deadlines for completion of assigned work</p><p>• Monitor field conditions to confirm alignment with design and project expectations</p><p>• Develop and maintain accurate QC documentation and reports</p><p>• Prepare daily activity reports, weekly cost analyses, and project closeout documentation</p><p>• Coordinate resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards</p><p>• Identify, anticipate, and resolve technical and operational challenges</p><p>• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure successful project completion</p><p>• Champion safe practices across all project activities</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p><p>• Strong work ethic with a commitment to professional growth</p><p>• Attention to detail with clear documentation and communication skills</p><p>• Collaborative and respectful team player who values diverse perspectives</p><p>• Critical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making abilities</p><p>• Open to feedback and committed to ethical behavior at all times</p><p>• Willingness to travel to various job sites and adapt to different teams, techniques, and geologic environments</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Experience: </strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; preference for specialization in geotechnical, structural, or construction fields</p><p>• Two (2) years of experience on geotechnical/foundation projects, preferably involving cutoff walls or soil mixing technologies</p><p>• <strong>Authorized to work in the United States</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment Visa at this time.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation and benefits:</strong></p><p>• Competitive salary; commensurate with experience.&nbsp;</p><p>• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and vacation.</p><p><br></p><p>Bauer Foundation Corp. is a Drug-Free Workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
