We focus on the individual needs and choices of each resident though our concept of Person-Centered Living to create a home-like environment and team atmosphere.</p>\n<p>Our team members have a passion for working with older adults and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Work Environment Includes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Growth Opportunities</li>\n<li>Employee Recognition Program</li>\n<li>Social Events</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Available Shifts:</span><em><br></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>FT/CNA –</em></span><br><em>(6a-2:15p) -Restorative Aide</em></li>\n<li>FT/CNA - (2p-10:15p)- Bath Aide at least two years' experience needed</li>\n<li>FT/CNA -(6a-6:15p) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our CNA Care Partners will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a variety of services under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support resident's quality of life.</li>\n<li>Assist with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Healthcare Team to develop and implement patient care plans</li>\n<li>Document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.</li>\n<li>Assist nurses and other staff as needed.</li>\n<li>Administer quality customer care so that we may help our residents live lives to their fullest.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We require our CNA Care Partners to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska</span> (75-hour training program)</li>\n<li>Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.</li>\n<li>Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
