This role will work under the supervision and guidance of the designated CHW Supervisor on all phases of the problem gambling program development. This will include but will not be limited to planning phase to determine and assess the impact of problem gambling on communities in our service areas, development of assessment tools, implementation of all elements of the program and constant evaluation and feedback on the program. The role will work with community partners, patients of Kennedy Community Health and community members. This position requires flexibility and may vary from day- to-day to meet members where they are this will include many off-site meetings and events as the program develops. Outreach methods may vary based on the needs of the organization and may include telephone or in person in a variety of potential settings such as but not limited to, the community, home facility or
