Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for multiple mid to large size capital projects and various repair and maintenance projects for the Toledo Zoo ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, ordinances, and procedures. Working cohesively with all other members of the construction management team, the Construction Maintenance Engineer helps manage, prepare, and distribute correspondence for all processes of the construction document process for each project. This includes bidding, contract management, RFI&rsquo;s, submittals, as-built drawing management, as well as coordination of onsite work as needed.
