You will coordinate with EverGreene’s Site Superintendent or Project Manager, monitor material needs, and track time and quantities for potential change orders. The role blends hands-on trade work with team leadership, field reporting, and safety enforcement - providing a vital link between skilled craftworkers and project leadership while upholding EverGreene’s reputation for excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field Supervision &amp; Craft Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and coordinate day-to-day work activities for crews, including in-house craftworkers and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Clearly communicate daily goals, work plans, and safety protocols with crews.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve field issues or conflicts that may impact progress or quality.</li>\n<li>Reference project drawings, details, and specifications to help guide scopes of work.</li>\n<li>Monitor work for quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards.</li>\n<li>Perform hands-on work when needed, particularly on complex or high-detail tasks.</li>\n<li>Mentor junior crew members in craft standards, safe practices, and productivity.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and inclusivity by upholding best practices and fostering a diverse culture of mutual respect.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Site Logistics &amp; Material Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and manage materials, tools, and equipment to support uninterrupted production.</li>\n<li>Coordinate site access, laydown areas, and workspace readiness with the Superintendent or GC.</li>\n<li>Assist with receiving and verifying deliveries against packing lists or POs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety, Field Reporting &amp; Change Order tracking</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enforce safety practices and maintain OSHA compliance</li>\n<li>Complete daily paperwork, track crew hours, and report any delays, incidents, or field conditions using digital tools like Procore.</li>\n<li>Communicate potential change to site conditions, schedule delays, or logistical concerns</li>\n<li>Identify change order conditions in the field and help document related time, materials, and quantities as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Requirements  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of construction or restoration experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead craft role</li>\n<li>Skilled in one or more relevant trades (plaster, decorative painting, gilding, etc.)</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and installation details.</li>\n<li>You are organized and an exceptional communicator with keen attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of restoration practices, with hands-on experience in at least one core craft (plaster, decorative painting, wallcovering installation, etc.).</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and installation details.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead crews effectively, manage priorities, and maintain clear site documentation.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Procore or other construction documentation tools</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 required; SST (for NYC candidates) preferred. Can be obtained once hired.</li>\n<li>Must be reliable, punctual, and able to travel to project sites across the region or country as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<p>This role is performed on-site at active construction or restoration sites and includes physical activity such as lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, standing for long periods, and working at heights or on scaffolding.
