This role ensures timely, efficient transportation while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. Shuttle Drivers also support vehicle cleanliness, safety standards, and guest service, and may assist with basic security functions when cross-trained.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Uphold and represent the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to all casino, departmental, and safety policies and procedures</p></li>\n <li><p>Safely transport team members and guests along designated routes in a timely manner</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling personal items as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shuttle vehicle interiors and exteriors</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure proper vehicle security and key control at all times</p></li>\n <li><p>Report vehicle maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damages promptly</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow established protocols for vehicle accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate professionally via radio or phone, reporting emergencies or suspicious activity to Security Leadership</p></li>\n <li><p>Refuel vehicles as required and comply with fueling procedures</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend required meetings and training sessions</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform ID checks at main entrances when cross-trained and assigned</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to meet insurance carrier motor vehicle record requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication skills and customer service orientation</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Two (2) years of commercial driving experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Guest service or hospitality experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Exposure to weather conditions, temperature extremes, darkness, and loud noise</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and vehicle entry/exit</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Manual dexterity and coordination required to operate vehicles and assist passengers</p></li>\n <li><p>Exposure to secondhand smoke and other standard gaming environment conditions</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule - Day, Swing, Grave Shifts Available</strong></h2>\n<p>Team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the property.</p>\n<h2><strong>Why Join This Team?</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact</p></li>\n <li><p>Guided by strong <strong>NATIVE</strong> values and tribal-owned purpose</p></li>\n <li><p>Career stability and opportunities across diverse industries</p></li>\n <li><p>A collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity</strong></h2>\n<p>Ho-Chunk, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
