          "text": "<ul><li>Manage various critical aspects of a project: scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, risks and communication.&#xa0;</li><li>Manage timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service delivery to the client.</li><li>Identify business needs of the client, act as an interface between the technical team and the client.</li><li>Create project plans to track progress, plan timelines and share with client.</li><li>Work with the Architect and Technical Leads to prioritize and track new functionality and ongoing releases.</li><li>Provide support during Validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with the client team to ensure all business requirements are met.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress.</li><li>Manage project dependencies and critical path, track project timelines and milestones o Work with QA and Documentation teams to ensure success of the total project.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain overall schedule, timeliness of the team’s deliverables.</li><li>Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure that each team member has adequate skills and knowledge on technology, project management and software engineering processes&#xa0;</li><li>Reward and recognize performance.&#xa0;</li><li>Identify and resolve any outstanding issues among the project teams, that cannot be resolved within the team.&#xa0;</li><li>Obtain and Communicate the Client’s feedback on project progress and success factors to the project team and other stakeholders.</li><li>Identify farming opportunities.&#xa0;</li><li>Lead the project initiation activity.</li><li>Work with the Project Manager to drive growth, quality and customer satisfaction.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure regular collaboration with senior management, Project Manager and project stakeholders at Nagarro.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure proper handover from sales to delivery.&#xa0;</li><li>Review/approve changes affecting scope, timing, cost, and/or quality, as required.</li><li>Be the point of escalation for all delivery related issues.&#xa0;</li><li>Monitor risks, develop and execute risk mitigation plan with the project manager, at completion of every major milestone including project closure.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide management oversight as predicated by review of the project risk analysis.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure&#xa0;the profitability of the project/s.&#xa0;</li><li>Review and close project account and financial files on project closure.&#xa0;</li><li>Understand the expectations of various stakeholders, seeking&#xa0;to satisfy them: client, users, governance group, senior management, team, support groups.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
