Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A Security Officer who excels in this role:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provides security services to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.</li><li>Performs proactive monitoring of and timely responses to potential/actual security threats.&nbsp;</li><li>Investigates and manages all security incidents and hazards on the premises.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains knowledge of and follows policies and procedures regarding alarms and emergency/disaster preparedness plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates planned drills and simulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides information and assistance to staff and visitors to promote their safety on the premises</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we’re looking for&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Licenses &amp; Certifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>NCI within 30 days of hire/transfer&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>As needed (PRN)</p><p>This position does not have a set weekly schedule. You’ll be called in to work when extra help is needed—such as covering for someone, handling busy periods, or filling gaps in the schedule.
