You are Defined Fitness.</p><p>The Detail Team Member ensures the highest level of facility cleanliness and safety through proactive monitoring and completion of assigned custodial tasks. You are expected to execute excellent customer service through daily duties and interactions by demonstrating the following qualities:</p><ol><li>Project-oriented</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Personable, attentive, responsive, and diligent</li><li>Adaptable in fast-paced environments</li></ol><h2>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</h2><ol><li>Detail, clean, and disinfect all internal and external areas of the club, including walkways and the parking lot.</li><li>Conduct routine walkthroughs, including but not limited to trash removal, locker room cleaning, and re-racking weights.</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned by management.</li><li>Communicate politely and respectfully with all team members.</li><li>Maintain an organized facility for members to utilize at all times.</li><li>Assist with large projects under supervision (e.g., painting).</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ol><li>Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be available and able to work any day of the week (including holidays).</li><li>PC literate, including basic report-writing skills.</li><li>Must obtain and maintain valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience working in a similar position or in janitorial services preferred.&nbsp;</li></ol><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ol><li>Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry approximately fifty (50) pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment through our comprehensive benefits package:</p><ol><li>Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and sick leave policies to promote a healthy work-life balance.</li><li>Gym Membership: Full access to our gym facilities at no cost to team members (valued at $640 per year).</li><li>Staff Pass Memberships: Complimentary memberships for family and friends (valued at $1,280 per year).</li></ol><ul><li>Full-time employees receive two (2) staff passes.</li><li>Part-time employees receive one (1) staff pass.</li></ul><ol><li>Discounted Personal Training Sessions: Full-time employees are eligible to purchase personal training sessions at a discounted rate of $25 per session (regularly $75 per session).</li><li>Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to support your and your family&rsquo;s health needs.</li><li>Life Insurance: Full-time employees are eligible for an Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&amp;D) life insurance policy of up to $10,000.</li><li>Retirement Plan: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan to support long-term financial security.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties that will be performed by the team member occupying this position.
