Management Experience: 1-2 years of management experience preferred, highlighting your capability to lead and develop a successful sales team. Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Mindset: A professional demeanor with a solution-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement in the industry. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
