For more information, visit: NWN.ai.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Consultant Engineer role is responsible for the configuring, installing, troubleshooting and repairing offerings technical solutions for our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential, key job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Design, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and migration of Juniper Networks solutions, including knowledge of JunOS, Juniper Mist deployment methodologies, and advanced to expert knowledge of Juniper Route/Switch and Wireless Solutions.</p></li>\n <li>Responsible for work assignments from Project Managers and/or technical leaders</li>\n <li>Work with and develop expertise in many enterprise data infrastructure products from one or more of the following vendors: Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet</li>\n <li>Consistent, accurate and timely tracking of client work, service calls, and related documentation including daily timesheets.</li>\n <li>Meeting the billable/chargeable targets set by the company. Billable and chargeable time should consist of assessments, planning, design, configuration, installation, and support of the solutions offered by the practice.</li>\n <li>Attending seminars as requested by the Professional Services Management Team.</li>\n <li>Travel: To Customer sites as needed. Access to a vehicle is required.</li>\n <li>Interact with clients to resolve any issues before, during, or after service engagements.</li>\n <li>After hours/weekend trouble escalations and scheduled work when needed.</li>\n <li>Provide continued input to management regarding new ideas and concepts to improve overall quality of service to our clients and partners.</li>\n <li>Acquire technical certifications per training plan.</li>\n <li>Support presales with solution scoping</li>\n <li>Offering development, validating new solutions and creating technical runbooks</li>\n <li>Mentoring junior technical resources</li>\n <li>Other responsibilities as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>The following are minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:</p>\n<ul>\n <li> 7+ years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. </li>\n <li>Architect experience with the ability to collect and develop business and technical requirements.</li>\n <li>Highly flexible, self-directed and with ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.</li>\n <li>Comfortable, poised, and affable with customers from end users to senior level executives.</li>\n <li>Candidates must have strong interpersonal as well as analytical troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to client premises if needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as required during client cutovers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Organizational skills and multitasking are required for independent work.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Must supply reliable cell phone.</li>\n <li>Advanced to expert knowledge of Juniper: MIST, Switch. Security and Wireless Solutions necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The following qualifications are ideal, but not required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>\n <li>At least one major vendor certification (JNCIP-ENT, JNCIE-ENT, JNCIP-MistAI, CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, Aruba Professional or Expert)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At NWN, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work.
