This role sits within Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence and partners across Product, Strategy, and Commercial teams. The right candidate is a hands-on researcher with payments domain experience, quantitative and qualitative rigor, and the communication skill to translate findings for senior stakeholders.</span></p><p><strong>A typical day at ACI for a&nbsp;</strong><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Senior Market Intelligence Analyst&nbsp;</strong></span><strong>is:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Monitor and interpret market trends, competitor moves, product launches, regulatory developments, and partnership activity across the payments ecosystem</li><li>Produce intelligence briefs and competitive teardowns for product, strategy, and commercial stakeholders</li><li>Run customer survey programs and proprietary research initiatives with external partners</li><li>Deliver competitive benchmarking and proof points that support positioning and sales engagement</li><li>Build and maintain recurring dashboards on market and competitor activity</li><li>Provide quantitative analysis and scenario modeling to support investment and prioritization decisions</li><li>Respond to ad hoc research requests from stakeholders across the business</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-IE\"><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field</li><li>Five to eight years in B2B market intelligence, competitive intelligence, or research analytics</li><li>Direct experience in payments, banking technology, or financial services</li><li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work across large and diverse data sets</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and at least one visualization tool, either Tableau or Power BI.
