    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Graphic Artist II to develop and modernizes high-fidelity visual assets for integration into the Navy Career Training Continuum (CTC) courseware. Reporting to the Graphic Artist III, you utilize the NETC Style Guide to create IMI Levels 1-3 media assets that enhance learner engagement and retention. You are responsible for the hands-on revision of legacy graphics during the Adobe Captivate conversion process, ensuring all visual content is optimized for Navy e-Learning (NeL) and local VDI environments. Your work directly supports the visualization of complex Naval systems for the accession-level training mission.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Media Development: Create and refine 2-D visual artifacts, including animations and interactive elements, for inclusion in revised courseware.</li>\n <li>Asset Modernization: Transform legacy media assets from the GFI into modernized, high-impact visuals that align with current NAVEDTRA 142 standards.</li>\n <li>Technical Alignment: Collaborate with SMEs and ISDs to ensure that all graphic representations of Naval equipment are technically accurate and instructionally effective.</li>\n <li>Optimization: Ensure all media files are optimized for performance within the TRANET VDI and local VDI ecosystems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Competencies</strong>.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with the following software:\n  <ul>\n   <li>After Effects</li>\n   <li>Media Encoder</li>\n   <li>Audition</li>\n   <li>Animate</li>\n   <li>Illustrator</li>\n   <li>Photoshop</li>\n   <li>Premiere Pro</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in tracking and compositing.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop with a strong sense of design and typography.</li>\n <li>Creative thinker able to create concept boards.</li>\n <li>Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, while being able to present concept ideation to senior-level executives.</li>\n <li>Ability to work on PC Platforms.</li>\n <li>A strong work ethic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to help mentor less experienced staff members a plus.</li>\n <li>Willingness to step in and help staff with day-to-day workload when necessary. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</strong></p>\n<p>This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel</strong></p>\n<p>Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p>2+ years (2-D) or 2–4 years (3-D) in digital media production, preferably in a military or industrial training context.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education </strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Media Arts, or equivalent.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Eligibility Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>Recognized as a specialty area expert in a specific Naval rating</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Drug Free Workplace</strong></p>\n<p>All Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
