      "text": "Responsibilities: ",
      "content": "\n<li>This role is 100% manual testing</li>\n<li>Engage with delivery teams via the Agile delivery processes</li>\n<li>Review deployed user stories and acceptance criteria</li>\n<li>Create and execute detailed, comprehensive Test Plans for user stories and associated acceptance criteria</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain traceability of requirements through test plans and cases</li>\n<li>Perform in-depth research to define the cause of the problem and offers solutions to the development team to resolve the problem</li>\n<li>Work closely with developers and/or project managers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve product anomalies or design issues</li>\n<li>Ensure that test plans and cases fully exercise every aspect of the solution</li>\n<li>Execute smoke/regression testing for each release</li>\n<li>Support and consult with other engineering departments to support their build and QA processes</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"

      "content": "\n<li>1-5 years of hands-on QA manual testing experience in a client and/or web services environment, while adhering to Agile methodologies</li>\n<li>Writing clear, concise detail-oriented test plans and test cases (Azure Dev Ops experience is a plus)</li>\n<li>Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications</li>\n<li>Liaison with development, project management, and customer support</li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to quickly learn new features and functionality offered in Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform</li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n\n<li>*<strong>We do not provide sponsorship or hire students who are currently on OPT, F-1 or J-1 student visas. </strong></li>\n\n<div>&nbsp;</div>"
