This investment has produced a highly professional, innovative and passionate team that deliver projects for our clients safely, efficiently and to the highest standards in the industry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are a preferred provider in growth segments such as residential, commercial, mix use and controlled environments (including pharmaceutical and healthcare).</p>\n<p>Our culture is innovative, collaborative, performance focused and built on partnership, with safety at the forefront of everything that we do.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>Come join us.</em></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Clancy Construction is seeking an experienced Clerks of Works / Quality Inspector to oversee quality management across a variety of construction projects.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Location</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a Site based role in the Cork / Munster area.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting to </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Quality Manager</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The role will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems, ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations.<br><br>The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to embed a strong quality culture across the Clancy organisation.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the implementation and management of company-wide construction quality management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures aligned with company and industry standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead quality inspections, audits, and compliance across multiple project sites.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage defect prevention, reporting, and corrective action processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support project teams during commissioning, handover, and client inspections.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide mentoring and training to site teams on quality standards and best practices.</span><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Alternatively, significant experience from a construction Trade background with proven quality management experience.</span><br><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in the construction sector, with significant experience in quality management or inspection roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience implementing and managing QA/QC systems within construction projects.</span><br><br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge &amp;
