    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply for our free WebRTC training and earn a place on our freelance list of WebRTC developers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Who are you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a freelance Web developer with Javascript experience (required) and React, Node.js, AWS stack experience (preferred).<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Priority will be given to those who currently work independently as freelancers, as our projects typically require full-time commitment for a specified duration.</span></li>\n<li>You are looking to make a career move to work with live video applications, and ideally, have played with WebRTC. </li>\n<li>You have fluent English to work directly and communicate regularly with clients.</li>\n<li>You have the ability to work remotely during Eastern or Central US business hours.</li>\n<li>You have the availability to devote approximately 12 hours per week over five weeks to the  training and code challenge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>How you benefit</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selected participants receive free access to Tsahi Levent-Levi’s Advanced WebRTC training course, Missing Codelab course, and WebRTC Tooling Course (a $1,400 value!). Plus, guidance from Tsahi and a personal mentor from the WebRTC.ventures team. (Descriptions at<span> </span><a href=\"https://webrtccourse.com/available-courses/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">webrtccourse.com</a>.)</li>\n<li>Those who successfully complete the coding challenge at the end of four weeks will join our WebRTC freelance team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>How it works</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Selected applicants will interview with our WebRTC Developer Advocate.<br>Selected interviewees will agree on a start date for the training. Participants have -four weeks to complete 30 hours of free WebRTC training courses with quizzes to chart your progress. After the fourth week, participants will be given a week to complete and present a coding challenge.</li>\n<li>Successful participants will join our cadre of freelance WebRTC developers. </li>\n</ol>",
