Supporting catechesis, sacramental preparation and ongoing spiritual growth. </p><p>Requirements</p><p>  </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Organizes and oversees all aspects of parish faith formation programs for youth and children.</p><p>· Coordinates volunteers.</p><p>· Facilitates curriculum planning and program evaluation.</p><p>· Plans and organizes activities for specific faith formation groups.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> · Master’s Degree or certification in Religious Education or Theology preferred.</p><p>· Experience in parish ministry or catechesis required.</p><p>· Knowledge of Catholic doctrine and pastoral practices required.</p><p>· Bi-lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.</p><p>· Practicing Catholic with ethical standards, personal integrity, and conduct consistent with the morals and teachings of the Catholic Church.</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong></p><p>· Pastor</p><p>  </p><p>Note: All employees are required to consent to a background check, commit to our Code of Conduct policy, and complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire.</p><p><br/></p><p>St. Mark Catholic Church offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental and vision plans, STD/LTD fully paid by the employer, retirement plans including a 403b plan and a defined benefit pension plan.
