This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of machinery to support production uptime, quality, and on-time delivery. The technician applies mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise while following all safety and regulatory requirements.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>Equipment &amp; Machinery Maintenance</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on fabrication equipment including press brakes, lasers, punches, weld cells, saws,&nbsp; and paint line systems</li>\n\t<li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per established schedules</li>\n\t<li>Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and basic automation components</li>\n\t<li>Align, adjust, and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance and quality</li>\n\t<li>Support equipment installations, upgrades, and relocations</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Facility Maintenance</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintain facility systems such as compressed air, HVAC, lighting, and basic plumbing</li>\n\t<li>Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs as needed</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Follow all OSHA, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and plant safety procedures</li>\n\t<li>Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors</li>\n\t<li>Maintain compliance with electrical and mechanical safety standards</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Documentation &amp; Communication</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Accurately document maintenance work, parts usage, and downtime</li>\n\t<li>Communicate equipment status and repair timelines to production leadership</li>\n\t<li>Recommend improvements to maintenance practices and equipment reliability</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures</li>\n\t<li>Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, maintenance costs, and safety risks</li>\n</ul>\n",
