Description
XS is a licensed and fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team of experts.
XS has received numerous awards, including "Best Multi-Asset Broker - LATAM" at the UF Awards LATAM 2024 in Mexico, "Safest Broker" at the Oman Summit Smart Vision 2024 in Oman, and "Global Broker of the Year" at the Traders Fair Awards 2023 in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
Develop business relationships with prospective clients and partners in the MENA market.
Manage existing Partners’ relationships and provide the highest level of service in a timely manner.
Promote the company’s financial products and services.
Using existing relationships with partners to generate new business.
Keep up to date with the financial markets on a daily basis.
Follow the company’s policies and procedures.
Provide progress feedback to the management.
Organize and host seminars to potential and prospective partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in business development or in a Sales role in the MENA market.
Experience in the Forex industry is a MUST .
Having a Portfolio is a MUST.
Good English and French skills (verbal and written)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and self-driven
