    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>To establish and maintain the Project Quality Management program by performing SundtWay Quality Management functions based on compliance with contract documents and specifications. Projects will include highway, heavy civil, light rail, etc.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures that all work in place is in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents.<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures that rework items are being corrected.<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs internal quality inspections and participates with IOR inspections.<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs submittal reviews and approvals for compliance with subcontract documents.<br>6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepares quality management plans for specialized projects.<br>7.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Schedules and conducts preparatory meetings in support of Sundt quality management program with suppliers, subcontractors, supervision and government.<br>8.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Schedules and conducts pre-installation conferences.<br>9.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Supervises testing agencies and maintains records to ensure testing is performed per ASTM standards.<br>10.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Verifies materials meet contract specific requirements.</p><p><strong>Minimum Job Requirements</strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5+ years as a foreman, superintendent, or CM in similar projects<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of technical and/or related experience.<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Quality Management Certification</p><p>5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Must have experience working on projects including heavy civil, highway or light rail.</p><p>Note: Job Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)<br>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis<br>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis<br>4.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;May use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors<br>5.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures<br>6.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Occasionally will climb stairs, ladders, etc.<br>7.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis<br>8.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Will interact with people frequently during a shift/work day<br>9.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Will lift, push or pull objects on an occasional basis<br>10.&nbsp;&nbsp; Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.<br><strong>&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>Safety Level</strong></p><p>Safety-Sensitive</p><p>Note: Jobs with the Safety-Sensitive designation are those that include tasks or duties that the employer reasonably believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others such as operating a vehicle, operating equipment, operating machinery or power tools, repairing/maintaining the operation of any vehicle/equipment, the handling/disposal/transport of hazardous materials, or the handling/treatment/disposal of potentially flammable/combustible materials.</p><p><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Calibri;\"><span style=\"-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; font-size: 14.6667px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-decoration-color: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;\">Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate and for this position only.
