For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p><strong>In this role you will: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients </li>\n <li>Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow </li>\n <li>Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership </li>\n <li>Oversee the capital planning process for new projects </li>\n <li>Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings </li>\n <li>Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions </li>\n <li>Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline </li>\n <li>Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees </li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full time on site role in Michigan City, Indiana </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is between $126,000 and $163,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
