font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main tasks and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Organize and deliver daily site works</span>, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to bbf: quality standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and implement <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">(seasonal) maintenance programs</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manage handovers of completed projects</span>, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervise building works</span>, making sure all jobs follow the approved plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Address and rectify any issues or defects in construction projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Order needed site materials</span> and follow up on deliveries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Coordinate subcontractors</span> to make sure their work is on time and meets bbf: quality standards and deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Keep proper records</span>, including time sheets, work in progress, and completed tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Make sure Health &amp; Safety rules are followed</span> on site (helmets, vests, safety shoes, etc.).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var(--gray10,#222); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Proficiency in Greek and English</span>.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project).</span></li>\n<li>Previous experience in maintenance or site supervision (real estate or construction is highly preferable).</li>\n<li>Good organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and follow project timelines.</li>\n<li>Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Able to communicate clearly with teams and subcontractors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
