    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Location: Chennai</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Product & Process Development for Animal Nutrition Industry by following the Product Innovation Process (PIP) of the company.</li>\n <li>Publication of scientific and technical articles in Kemin database and scientific journals</li>\n <li>Collaboration with researchers in academic institution and close interaction with customer with customers will be part of the work occasionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work Environment: Business Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Specific </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Carry out experiments as per the direction of the research manager by following the Product Innovation Process (PIP) of Kemin. </li>\n <li>Develop and validate new protocols for laboratory research</li>\n <li>Carry out literature search and identify appropriate methods for conducting research</li>\n <li>Contribute to writing research reports and presentations</li>\n <li>Assist in writing of technical articles based on the research finding on a timely basis for internal and external publications</li>\n <li>Gain knowledge about animal nutrition and health and submit ideas for new product development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>General</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory note books and other forms as required. </li>\n <li>Conduct all research activities with strict adherence to the health and safety policies of the company.</li>\n <li>Carry out research activities with high scientific and personal integrity and also by following good scientific and laboratory practices.</li>\n <li>Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master degree in science with specialization in Microbiology/Biotechnology with minimum 1 year of research experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-SS1</p>",
