Your primary mission is to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all financial transactions across cashier-led sales and automated kiosk systems.</p>\n<p>This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that blends field audit expertise with live event operations. We are looking for a hands-on, agile leader who can manage a dedicated audit team, collaborate closely with venue leadership, and champion a culture of procedural excellence and system fidelity.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<h4>1. Live Event Operations & Audit Control</h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Operational Command:</strong> Lead the Audit Control Room during live events to monitor real-time system uptime and transactional accuracy.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Exception Management:</strong> Serve as the final authority for real-time transaction approvals, streamlining communication between field staff and the audit team.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Systems Monitoring:</strong> Utilize advanced reporting tools and automated kiosk data to identify and resolve process deviations or technical bottlenecks as they occur.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4>2. Auditing & Procedural Compliance</h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Field Performance Audits:</strong> Conduct unannounced operational audits, performing immediate digital verification of Point-of-Sale (POS) devices and cashier compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Workflow Testing:</strong> Design and deploy QA programs to test front-line staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficiency benchmarks.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Equipment Validation:</strong> Ensure automated vision kiosk equipment is properly calibrated, reporting accurately, and free of technical bypasses or \"blind spots.\"</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4>3. Data Analytics & Post-Event Intelligence</h4>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Efficiency Reporting:</strong> Translate complex sales data into clear, actionable operational reports for senior leadership following each event.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Variance Analysis:</strong> Analyze POS exception data to identify patterns in revenue variance related to specific staff, locations, or equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Partner with the broader operations team to refine workflows and eliminate systematic errors based on field observations.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h4>4. Team Leadership & Culture</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p><strong>Team Management:</strong> Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of audit specialists, fostering a culture of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.</p></li>\n   <li><p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Ensure all audit measures, compliance standards, and reporting protocols are executed consistently across the entire venue.</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5+ years of experience in field auditing, operational compliance, or cash room management—ideally within a fast-paced sports, entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale retail environment.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Leadership:</strong> Proven track record of managing and developing a team.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency with modern POS systems, automated kiosks, and data analytics/reporting tools.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Flexibility:</strong> Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the venue's event calendar.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>Minimal high school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Prior supervisory/managerial experience in parking preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.</li>\n <li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively respond positively to customer problems or complaints.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays or unexpected events</li>\n <li><strong>License Requirement:  </strong>Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Availability to Work</strong></p>\n<p>Special shift requirements will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.
