The Associate Director must be able to </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">teach with excellence</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">, </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">shepherd students and leaders</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">, and </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">oversee major areas of the ministry</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> with clarity and ownership.  </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">This person will help implement the Director’s vision, lead key teams, manage systems and operations, and serve as a stabilizing, energizing presence in the ministry.
