    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a Technical Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. This role combines HCM and ERP expertise and is responsible for leading technical development efforts, managing a technical team, and ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<p>Lead technical development of RICEW objects and manage the technical development team</p>\n<p>Translate business requirements into technical solutions</p>\n<p>Organize and facilitate technical design workshops</p>\n<p>Document RICEW objects, conversion and integration data flows, and design standards</p>\n<p>Research new tools and technologies to inform high-level design solutions</p>\n<p>Apply DevOps practices as needed</p>\n<p><strong>Key Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<p>SQL / PL/SQL</p>\n<p>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</p>\n<p>BI Publisher and OTBI report development</p>\n<p>Page Composer for page personalizations</p>\n<p>Optional: JavaScript, Groovy, Shell scripting, Python</p>\n<p><strong>HCM &amp; ERP Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<p>Understanding of key HCM and ERP business processes such as: Payroll, Core HR, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Assets, Suppliers/Customers, Supply Chain, Item Master, BOM</p>\n<p>Familiarity with common integrations: Outbound AP Payments, Inbound AP Invoices, GL Journal, Suppliers, Customers</p>\n<p>Oracle Cloud security: roles, data access, and creation of custom roles</p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills</p>\n<p>Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools</p>\n<p>Flexible work location (not remote from Colorado or New York City without approval)</p>",
