    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Forklift Operator ensures that raw materials are available as needed and requested. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate movement and storage of goods in warehouse.&nbsp; May work on own or as part of a team.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Shift Times</strong></p>\n<p>1st Shift: 5am-1pm PST</p>\n<p>2nd Shift: 1pm-9pm PST</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><strong>Essential Functions of the Job</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Check machines to ensure they all have boxes, processing aids, and auxiliaries&nbsp;as per F.P.A. form.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Move stock upon job completion as per F.P.A. form.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Move finished pallets after the boxes have been checked and stamped by Quality control.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Move finished goods to the warehouse and store in proper place.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Housekeeping: all component parts, finished and unfinished goods not being used should be put away in their proper places with care.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Inform supervisor when stock is low as per F.P.A. form.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>At the end of the shift, leave at least one hour’s stock.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 -3 Years of Experience with forklift driving, assembly, manufacturing or similar.</li>\n <li>May require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Competency in reading, writing and basic math.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and passing grade on Power Industrial Truck test.</li>\n <li>Ability to remain organized and focused.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate at all levels efficiently.</li>\n <li>Schedule flexibility is necessary for this role as mandatory overtime may be required due to changing and last-minute customer demands.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate</strong></p>\n<p>1st Shift: $25/hour</p>\n<p>2nd Shift: $25.50/hour</p>",
