    "description_html": "<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Modification Technician to join our team in Duluth GA This role provides in-house modifications to electric motors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Modify electric motors as per customer specification.</li><li>Deliver finished product to designated shipping area</li><li>Processing of completed production orders and quality inspection sheets in SAP daily.</li><li>Support the Mod Shop Lead in projects to achieve on time delivery goals.</li><li>Perform tasks in a safe environment while using all necessary PPE</li><li>Complete daily equipment operation checklists</li><li>Complete daily cleaning assignments (5S)</li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge / training:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of low/med voltage AC motors preferred</li><li>Understand and follow safety procedures</li><li>Strong mechanical assembly experience</li><li>Ability to understand and follow written procedures</li><li>Ability to use and operate manual tools and power tools in hands-on applications</li><li>Forklift operation experience preferred</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office software</li><li>SAP and other business software experience is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>0 - 2 years of related experience.</li></ul><p><strong>About WEG Electric Corp.</strong></p><p>WEG is the largest industrial electric motor manufacturer in the Americas and one of the largest manufacturers of electric motors in the world producing more than 21 million units annually.
