The industrial/graphic designer brings concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling, precise technical documentation, and design detail. In this role, you will collaborate with senior team members to translate brand strategies into built experiences, developing signage systems, murals, environmental graphics, and other expressions of place.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>&nbsp;Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop environmental graphics, signage concepts, and branded visuals under direction of senior team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in preparation of design presentations, drawing sets, and documentation packages for fabrication and installation.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct research on materials, fabrication techniques, and user experience best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in internal reviews and contribute ideas during team brainstorming sessions.&nbsp;</li><li>Support coordination across disciplines, vendors, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained through delivery.&nbsp;</li><li>Help maintain brand guidelines and quality standards across projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to studio knowledge-sharing and creative culture.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent experience.&nbsp;</li><li>2–5 years of experience in graphic, industrial, or environmental graphic design.&nbsp;</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, typography, and storytelling.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity; experience with SketchUp, Revit, and Rhino a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with signage documentation and architectural plan reading.&nbsp;</li><li>Interest in branding, placemaking, and user experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>At TBG you will find:</strong></p><ul><li>Commitment to your continued growth as a creative professional</li><li>Innovation initiatives to unleash bold ideas and pursuit of your passions, including TBG Idea Lab research grants</li><li>Genuine, thoughtful care for your health, wellbeing and balance, including paid insurance, flexible hours, fitness incentives, healthy snacks, and an employee assistance program</li><li>Opportunities to mentor and make a difference in the community</li><li>Employee stock ownership (TBG is 100% employee owned!)</li><li>Paid parental leave (6 weeks)</li><li>Benefits, savings resources and year-end profit sharing</li></ul><p>See what we have been up to recently on our blog (https://tbgpartners.com/perspectives/) and on Instagram (@tbgpartners).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>",
