    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE</strong></p><p>The QC Inspector will be responsible for approving incoming, in-process, and finished materials according to Internal and Customer requirements. &nbsp;The QC inspector will also be responsible for creating and documenting inspection results, taking measurements, and tracking non-conforming product.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Reports to QC Leadperson and/or Supervisor for daily activities and workload.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform and document dimensional and visual checks of production parts and incoming goods and creating inspection reports to internal and customer requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for notifying Quality Control Leadperson and/or Supervisor, in addition to Manufacturing and Engineering personnel, of non-conforming goods.</li><li>Inspect customer supplied material, per specified drawings.</li><li>Inspecting and gathering product documentation, final document packets, material heat reports as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspection of buy-out materials.</li><li>Make First Article inspection and document inspection results.</li><li>Log and verify traceability packets.</li><li>Implement and practice Lean Manufacturing tools including 5S, increased productivity, and eliminating waste.</li><li>Maintain 5S checklist as it applies to your work area.</li><li>Perform other related duties assigned by QA Manager or QC Leadperson or QC Supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Other Requirements</strong></p><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>An annual vision examination is required.</li><li>Must have experience with the use of measuring instruments in the completion of dimensional inspections. (Calipers, micrometers, CMM, Pi tapes, Optical comparators, etc.)</li><li>Must follow company safety procedures at all times.</li><li>Must have average reading, writing, and mathematical skills.</li><li>Must be able to visually inspect materials and manufactured products.</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs., 3 ft. high.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of work-related experience.</li></ul><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">Work Environment</strong><strong><br></strong>This job operates in an office and manufacturing environment.
