This role supports breakfast, dinner, and evening bar service by preparing menu items, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding Courtyard by Marriott brand standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and serve breakfast, dinner, and bar menu items according to brand standards</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Operate POS system accurately, process payments, and handle cash responsibly</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages including beer and wine (where applicable)</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of Bistro, kitchen, and dining areas</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Set up and break down Bistro service areas for each shift</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Work collaboratively with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Previous food and beverage or customer service experience preferred</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Basic math and cash-handling skills</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs</li>\n</ul> \n<ul>\n <li>Food handler and alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)</li>\n</ul>",
