    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems is continually seeking qualified <strong>Cybersecurity</strong> professionals to support current and future opportunities at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. This <strong>Evergreen</strong> position is intended to identify and engage talent for anticipated openings across a variety of cybersecurity disciplines supporting Air Force acquisition and sustainment programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cybersecurity professionals support the protection of DoD information systems through the implementation of cybersecurity policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements, security engineering principles, and compliance activities. Responsibilities may span system security engineering, authorization and accreditation, vulnerability management, security documentation, classified information protection, and cybersecurity program support.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This requisition is being used to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated future opportunities. Candidates who meet the qualifications may be contacted as positions become available that align with their skills, experience, clearance level, and location preferences.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but not limited to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist in the development of security documentation including System Security Management Plans, Program Protection Plans, Security Risk Analyses, OPSEC Plans, and other required system security engineering artifacts.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support RMF Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) activities, ensuring compliance with DoD and Air Force cybersecurity policies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage system user accounts, ports/protocols, PKI requirements, and access control lists.</p></li>\n <li><p>Implement and track system security updates, configurations, and vulnerability remediation in accordance with DoD requirements.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments; recommend security policies, contingency plans, and disaster recovery procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in system/network design to ensure alignment with security policies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide leadership in analyzing and integrating cybersecurity requirements into system design and operations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Review and assess the implementation of RMF security controls across system architecture, documentation, and design artifacts.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure RMF A&A approval by all Authorizing Officials.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain and audit databases for classified information, visits, and clearances.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support classified material handling, accountability, and compliance with security classification guides.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and deliver security awareness training and education programs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare and review acquisition security documentation and ensure compliance with CDRLs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Plan and implement security-related surveys, assessments, and evaluations throughout the program life cycle.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Certifications: </strong>Security +</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance: </strong>TS</p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in a professional engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited educational program and at least 7 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, 3 of which must be in the DoD</p>\n<p><strong>Certifications: </strong>CISSP</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Understanding of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure.</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of Agile methodologies including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong ability to communicate technical topics effectively in both written and verbal forms.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Technical Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution)</li>\n <li>NIST 800-53 Security Controls</li>\n <li>STIG compliance</li>\n <li>eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service)</li>\n <li><p>Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Security policies and compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p>System Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes.</p></li>\n <li><p>DoD cloud infrastructure security.</p></li>\n <li><p>Agile development methods including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.</p></li>\n <li><p>Security risk, vulnerability, and contingency planning.</p></li>\n <li><p>PKI management and access control.</p></li>\n <li><p>Classified material handling and accountability.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to collaborate with government, contractor, and industry stakeholders.</p></li>\n <li><p>Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Adaptability to evolving program requirements and security challenges.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Hanscom AFB, MA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-SB1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
