ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Introduction</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Electronics Assembly Operator III is responsible for performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers and inductors. Is responsible for being a reliable team member that can work independently within the team and meet our expectations of core values. This role maintains a clean and safe work area and follows standard work as trained. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs responsibilities of Electronics Assembler Operator I and Electronics Assembler Operator II.</li>\n <li>Performs and provides expertise with advance assembly work involving heavy/fine wires, fine lams, and complex assemblies inside shells/housing.</li>\n <li>Performs setup with different machines like stamping, banding, molding, and tape and reel.</li>\n <li>IPC 610 and/or IPC 620 certified and able to perform higher-level inspections using 10x or higher magnification.</li>\n <li>Operates and maintains complex winding machines.</li>\n <li>Performs precision soldering utilizing a soldering iron.</li>\n <li>Performs complex gluing processes.</li>\n <li>Operates and maintains complex winding machines.</li>\n <li>Performs transformer coil wire assembly.</li>\n <li>Performs complex gluing processes.</li>\n <li>Displays the highest level of quality standards.</li>\n <li>Other duties as required and/or assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes</h2>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads by example when relating to Core Values</li>\n <li>Possesses basic understanding of problem solving and ability to identify and solve quality problems.</li>\n <li>Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Possesses an advanced understanding of the principles of visual workplace management</li>\n <li>Able to read and understand production drawings and work instructions.</li>\n <li>Able to work with chemicals.</li>\n <li>Good manual dexterity/ability to work with wire sizes 10 to 46 American Wire Gauge (AWG).</li>\n <li>Meets vision requirements specified by quality management system. </li>\n <li>The position is on the production floor and could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day. </li>\n <li>Lifting amount up to 25 pounds occasionally</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Desireable Skills and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>GED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Two or more years of employment with TT Electronics. </li>\n <li>J-STD-001D Soldering Certified.</li>\n <li>Soldering experience of one year is preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior experience with assembly in manufacturing is preferred.</li>\n <li>Inspection and trainer experience is preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
