All work is based at this location. No additional travel is required.<br><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Target Pay Range:</span> Negotiable based on experience. </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><br>Shift: </span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\">First shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm.</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><br>Benefits:</span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> Eligible for benefits on first day of employment<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Vacation:</span> 3 weeks of paid vacation, 3 floating holidays, 5 sick days, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year (6.5 weeks in total)</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security Installation Technician</span>, you will:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Install  Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and infrastructure in accordance with the national electric code, to include, but not limited to, access controls, intrusion detection, and camera systems. Specific systems include, but not limited to: Lenel Onguard, DMP, Milestone, and ICIDS ( Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Assists with security system programming and setup.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Conducts testing to ensure proper operation of equipment after installation or repairs</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Conducts testing of system to the signal-receiving center to properly establish service.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Coordinates installations with police/fire departments and handles necessary records for notification of emergency calls.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">May help prepare estimates in accordance with prescribed instructions or directions from supervisor</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Conduct End-User training.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Works safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused materials and cleans up installation debris.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Performs other duties as required<br><br></span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Required Qualifications:<br><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">High School diploma or equivalent</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Experience installing, inspecting, troubleshooting and/or repairing commercial or industrial integrated / electronic security systems for complex low voltage intrusion, access control, CCTV and digital recording systems.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, while establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Capable of using hand and power tools to properly mount and secure equipment</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Works well unsupervised and also as part of a team environment</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">The ability to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense clearance.
