You will be involved in inspecting, test driving, and analyzing various vehicle components and systems to ensure they conform to standard requirements.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Accountabilities</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>-<span> Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles upon return from Service provider </span></p>\n<p>-<span> Perform functional tests on vehicle systems such as electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and rectify any quality issues.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Monitor and enforce adherence to quality assurance standards and procedures.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Document inspection results, defects, and non-conformities.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Collaborate with service provider teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and quality metrics.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions to be taken.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Provide feedback to Fleet Supervisor/Manager on quality improvement opportunities.</span></p>\n<p>-<span> Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Education and Experience</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years’ experience as <span>a junior mechanic or fleet technician is highly desirable</span></li>\n<li><span>Associate degree/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical engineering </span></li>\n<li><span>Technical certification or associate degree in automotive technology or related field preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid Open General driver’s license </span></li>\n<li>Specialized certification is an asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
